Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email included in your ordering information. There you can view arrival estimation and/or delays with the carrier. Processing can take up to 3 business days.

We will gladly refund any order that was ordered or sent by mistake, so long as the product(s) being returned are unopened and in original packaging. For the health and safety of our staff, we cannot accept any opened products. Individual circumstance may vary and can be inquired about by sending an email and preferred contact method to [email protected]

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed, followed by a shipment tracking email once the order is shipped. Ensure you entered the correct address in your shipping info. If shipping information is correct, and your order is unable to be tracked, we will send out a replacement order. If information was entered incorrectly, or your order tracks as ‘Delivered’ to the correct address, we will not send out a replacement order.

We ship to all 50 states within the US. At this time we do not ship outside the US.
